  • 1. Online Examination Form will be available on the HPTU website w.e.f. 20-3-2017( Starting Date ) to 9-4-2017 5:00 PM( Last Date with Late Fee).
  • 2. Do not fill the form using mobile phones. For better accuracy please use only Firefox, & Internet Explorer of latest versions.
  • 3. The examination fee for "End Semester Examination April/May-2017" for regular candidates of UG and PG Courses for each Semester is Rs. 1500/- for theory papers and Rs 500/- for practical examinations. The students have to deposit the examination from alongwith fee in the concerned college .
  • 4. Exam Fee for reappear paper is Rs 500/- for each paper/practicals per semester maximum of Rs. 2000/-. Fee for Reappear Special Chance ( UG Courses VII Sem. N/S) is Rs 3000/- for theory paper(s) and Rs 1000/- for practical examinations.   • 5. Clear the temporary internet files and cookies before filling up each form, for better accuracy please use only Firefox or Internet Explorer of latest versions and fill up the form at a suitable time and from a location where a good bandwidth available.
  • 6. Do not open more than on session at the same time on the same computer while filling the online form. i.e; do not fill more than one form at the same time on the same computer even if you are filling the two applications using different browsers or different tabs of the same browser.
  • 7. Create your account on clicking at “Register” icon. Username must be unique, use some special characters while making entry of User Name. Note down the Username, Registraton Number, email and Password for future references. You will get login “User ID”, “Form No”, “Password” on the registered e-mail.
  • 8. Ensure before uploading Photo and signature it must be in (*. JPEG /*.JPG) format and their size must not be more than 50kb and 20kb respectively.
  • 9. In case of reappear the students can make the Fee payment by using Internet Banking, MASTER/ VISA/ MAESTRO credit/debit card or by generating PNB Challan. In case of Challan, the candidate must have to wait atleast for two working days after the deposit of fee in the bank for entering bank transaction number in “Payment Detail page” of the online Application.
  • 10. If, the Exam. Fee has debited from your account and you are not able to get the PDF, please pay again to get the PDF or contact at Phone Number- 01972-224159 instead of customer care of the concerned bank. However, any multiple payments received by us for the same student on the same registration number will be refunded by the University at the end of the online forms process. The Refund form will be available on the website after the close of online application form and send the filled refund Form at email ID finofficerhimtu@gmail.com to refud the Fee.
