Fill your form accurately and pay all your dues to the University through Principal.

Roll No alongwith the date sheet will be sent to the the Principal concerned atleast 10 days before the commencement
of the examination. The candidate must collect the Roll No personal the Principal's office well in time.

Intimation regarding result will be sent to the Principal concerned.
|
|

|
You should inquire about Roll No. and result etc. from the Principal.
|

|
Fee for duplicate Roll No. is Rs. 50/-.
|

The Ex-students/ re-appear students shall take examination strictly in the syllabus in force at the time they appear in the examination.

The Examination fee for regular/ reappear candidate Rs 1500/- ( i.e Rs 1000/- for theory and Rs 500/- for practical) per semester and Rs 3000/- for availing special chance in( B.Tech 7th sem, B.Pharmacy & B.Pharma Ayur.( 7th Sem ), M.Tech ( 3rd Sem.),M.Pharma ( 3rd Sem.) and can be submitted either through Challan or by online mode in the University Account.

Last date for online Filling Form without late fee is 11-5-15 ( 5-00PM) for each category.

The Exam. Fee for Special Chance without late Fee is Rs 3000/- and Last date for filling online Examination Form ( Special Chance ) is 11-5-15(5-00PM).

Last date of online Filling Exam. Form with late fee Rs 1000/- is 21-5-2015 ( 5-00PM) for each category..

Last date of online Filling Exam. Form with late fee Rs 2000/- is 28-5-2015 ( 5-00PM) for each category.

The Candidate can fill the Exam Form with Late Fee Rs 5000/- one day before the commencement of Exam after obtaining the written permission from Hon'ble VC.
