Reappear Exam For Summer Term Examnination -July 2016

NOTE: 1.
- 1. Clear the temporary internet files and cookies before filling each Examination Form, use firefox and internet explorer 10 or above for better accuracy. Do not fill the Examination Form using mobile phones.
- 2. Do not open more than on session at the same time on the same computer while filling the online Examination Form i.e do not fill more than one form at the same time on the same computer even if you are filling the two applications using different browsers or different tabs on the same browser.
- 3. Create your account on clicking at “Login Detail” Page. Username must be unique, use some special characters while making an entry in user name field . The candidates are advised to note down the Username, Form Number, email ID, and Password for future references.
- 4. Get a login “User ID”, “Form No” “Password” on the registered e-mail.
- 5. Ensure before uploading Photo and signature it must be in (*. JPEG /*.JPG) format and size must not be more than 50kb and 30kb respectively.
- 6. Make the payment of the fee payable by generating PNB Challan. the candidate must have to wait atleast for two working day after the deposit of fee in the bank for updation of transaction number in “payment detail page”.
- 7. The Examination Fee for Summer Term Reappear UG Exam Courses for each Semester is Rs1500/- and Rs500/- for Practical Exam per Sem .
- 8. Last date for filling online Form for Summer Term Exam. without late fee is 7-7-2016 ( 5-00PM), with late fee Rs 1000/- is 11-7-16-2016 ( 5-00PM), with late fee Rs 2000/- is 13-7-16 ( 5-00PM) and with late fee of Rs 5000/- one day before the commencement of Exam, with the permission of Worthy V.C for all programmes.
- 9. Hard copies of the Examination Forms(PDF) dully filled, must be submitted to the Controller of Exam., Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Gandhi Chowk Hamirpur-177001 within two days after the closing date of online application form as mentioned above.
