NOTE: 1.
- 1. Registration for HPCET-2016 have been started for the Session 2016-17 (DIRECT
ENTRY) w.e.f. 2nd March, 2016. The Last date for applying online is 01-05-2016 5-00PM.
- 2. Entrance Examination Fee(Non refundable) Rs.1400/- for SC/ST/BPL and Rs.1550/-
for others for each course. The candidates can apply for two entrance tests i.e
B.Tech & B.Pharma( Allo.) or B.Pharma (Allo.) & B.Pharma( Ayur.) simultaneously
and have to pay double processing fee.
- 3. For Better accuracy please use only Firefox, & Internet Explorer of latest versions.
- 4. Clear the temporary internet files and cookies before filling up each form.
- 5. Do not fill the form using mobile phones.
- 6. Fill up the form at a suitable time and from a location where a good bandwidth
available.
- 7. Do not open more than on session at the same time on the same computer while
filling the online form. i.e; do not fill more than one form at the same time on
the same computer even if you are filling the two applications using different browsers
or different tabs of the same browser.
- 8. Read the instructions and the Guidelines contained in” Admission Brochure for
HPCET-2016” uploaded in the HimTU website under the tab “ADMISSION" before making
registration for filling online Application Form.
- 9. Create your account on clicking at “Registered Now” icon. Username must be unique,
use some special characters while making entry of User Name . The candidates are
advised to note down the Username, Form Number, email and Password for future references.
- 10. Get a login “User ID”, “Form No” “Password” on the registered e-mail.
- 11. Ensure before uploading Photo and signature it must be in (*. JPEG /*.JPG) format
and their size must not be more than 50kb and 30kb respectively.
- 12. Make the payment of the fee payable by using Internet Banking, MASTER/ VISA/
MAESTRO credit/debit card or by generating PNB Challan. In case of Challan, the
candidate must have to wait atleast for two working day after the deposit of fee
in the bank for uploading bank transaction number in “payment detail page”.
- 13. In case your Registration Processing Fee has been debited from your account
and you are not able to get the PDF, please pay again to get the PDF. However, any
multiple payments received by us for the same student (applying more than once with
the same Registration Number) will be refunded by the University on its own at the
end of the online forms process. For refund contact at HPTU finance wing email finofficerhimtu@gmail.com
instead of customer care of the concerned bank.
- 14. Get the printout of Application Form (PDF) duly countersigned by your parent/guardian
and send the scanned copy of Application Form at HPTU e-mail ID himtuadmission@gmail.com
on or before 02-05-2016.
