NOTE: 1.
- 1. Registration and filling of online application form for five year Direct Entry B.Architecture and B.Pharma(Allo)Lateral Entry Scheme is available on HPTU website w.e.f. 17-7-2017 and 1-6-2017 respectively for the Session 2017-18.
- 2. The Last date for filling online application form for five year Direct Entry B.Architecture is 31-7-17 and B.Pharma( Lateral Entry) is 22-7-2017.
- 3. Application processing fee( Non-refundable) Rs.1550/- for General Category candidates and Rs 1400/- for SC/ST /BPL category.
- 4. Read the instructions and the Guidelines contained in “Admission Brochure 2017-18 for Bachelor of Architecture” and "Admission Brochure Part-II" for the courses B.Arch. and B.Pharmacy ( Lateral Entry) respectively uploaded in the HimTU website under the tab “ADMISSION" before making registration and filling up of online Application Form.
- 5. Do not fill the form using mobile phones, fill up the form at a suitable time and from a location where a good bandwidth available, clear the temporary internet files and cookies before filling up each form. For Better accuracy please use Mozila Firefox or Internet Explorer of latest versions.
- 6. Do not open more than on session at the same time on the same computer while filling the online application form. i.e; do not fill more than one form at the same time on the same computer even if you are filling the two applications using different browsers or different tabs of the same browser
- 7. Create your account on clicking on the button “Registration” available on the login detail page, Creat your Account, User Name must unique, use some special characters while making an entry of User Name . The candidates are advised to note down the Username, Form Number and Password for future references. Get a login “User ID”, “Form No”and “Password” on the registered e-mail. Ensure before uploading Photo and Signature it must be in (*. JPEG /*.JPG) format and their size must not be more than 50kb and 30kb respectively.
- 8. Make the payment of the fee payable by using Internet Banking, MASTER/ VISA/ MAESTRO Credit/Debit Card /Rupay or by generating PNB Challan. In case of Challan, the candidate must have to wait atleast for two working day after deposit of fee in the bank for uploading bank transaction number in “payment detail page”.
- 9. In case your Registration Processing Fee is debited from your account and you are not able to get the PDF, you can contact at the online application helpline number 01972-224159 on next working day for the confirmation of fee or you can repay to get the PDF. However, any multiple payments received by us with the same Registration Number will be refunded by the University at the end of the online forms process. Refund form will be made available on the Univ website after closing of this application, send the filled refund form at the email: finofficerhimtu@gmail.com instead of lodging the complaint to customer care of the concerned bank.
- 10.The Printout of Application Form (PDF) duly signed by parent/guardian must be reached in the office of " Registrar, H.P. Technical University, Gandhi Chowk, Hamirpur -177001 (H.P.)" or send it through email at : himtuadmission@gmail.com upto two days after closing of particular application.
